Customers of GXB who have a website on GXB Sites text this number to change their website. The texts are replies to the messages the customer sends: questions, previews of a change, and a request to reply YES before a change is published. The first reply to a new number is a message that names the program and explains how to opt out. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
GXBot is an automated assistant. A person at GXB can read the conversation and can reply.
We use this data only to run GXBot and to change your website at your request. GXB staff can read your conversation, so they can help you.
Service providers process your messages only so that we can deliver the service. Twilio is our carrier. It delivers the texts. Anthropic is our AI model provider. Its model reads your messages and writes the automated replies.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
To have us delete your phone number, messages, and photos, email christian@gxb.vc from any address. Put the phone number you used in the email. We delete the data and reply to confirm.
Reply STOP to (361) 304-9268 at any time to opt out. We send one text to confirm, and then no more. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help.
Reply UNLINK to (361) 304-9268 to unlink your phone from your GXB account. GXBot then stops acting on your website from that phone until you link it again. UNLINK does not opt you out of texts: reply STOP for that.
